- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Payoneer, Skrill, or Bank Wire Transfer. We do not store credit card information.
- Communication: We use your contact details to send service-related communications, updates, and promotional materials.
4. Data Sharing
- Third-Party Providers: We share your information with service providers such as Payoneer for payment processing. These providers are contractually obliged to protect your data.

- Bug Fixing: VirgoX Marketing provides free support for bugs caused by our system, ensuring your automated appointment system remains operational. If a bug is from external service providers (e.g., Zapier, Make, AWS GPT-4, OpenAI), we are not responsible for those downtimes, but we will begin troubleshooting once their systems are back online.
- Paid Updates: After the first 30 days of free support, clients can purchase additional updates or fixes as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. These include basic, intermediate, and advanced updates that are billed accordingly and must be requested within the validity period.
