This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you engage with our comprehensive 3-part service package, which includes automated appointment systems (Unbound Alchemist), database reactivation (Connect Pilot), and paid advertising campaigns (Leadflow Catalyst).

  • Personal Information: When you sign up for our services, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and business details. During the transaction process, we also collect payment information. However, we do not store credit card information.


  • Additional Information: Upon completion of the payment, we collect further detailed business information through Google Forms. For the "Unbound Alchemist" automation system and "Connect Pilot" database reactivation campaign, we gather data on up to 2000 past customers or clients from the past 6-12 months via Google Sheets. This data is crucial for customizing the automation system, designing the reactivation campaign, and enhancing our ad campaigns. For the "Leadflow Catalyst" ad campaigns, we require demographic data, purchasing habits, and other relevant client information necessary for effective targeting.


  • Non-Personal Information: We automatically collect non-identifiable information such as IP addresses, browser types, and usage data through cookies and other tracking technologies. This helps us understand site usage patterns and improve our services.



3. Use of Information


  • Service Delivery: We utilize your information to deliver, customize, and optimize our services:
    1. Unbound Alchemist (Automated Appointment Systems): We use collected data to develop and manage your automated appointment systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    2. Connect Pilot (Database Reactivation): We execute and monitor personalized reactivation campaigns to reconnect with past clients, boost repeat sales, and build long-term loyalty.

  • Payment Processing: Payments for our services are processed through secure payment gateways such as Payoneer, Skrill, or Bank Wire Transfer. We do not store any credit card information on our systems.


  • Communication: We use your contact details to send important service-related communications, updates about your campaigns, and promotional materials that might be of interest to you.



4. Data Sharing


  • Third-Party Providers: We share your information with trusted third-party providers who assist in delivering our services. These include:
    - Systeme.io: Used for landing funnels and lead generation.
    - Calendly: Used for scheduling appointments.
    - Zapier: Utilized for automating follow-ups and integrating various applications.
    - WhatsApp: Employed for nurturing qualified clients and maintaining communication.


  • Additional: Other providers may be used for appointment qualifying and data management. These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and use it only for the purposes specified.


  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights. This includes responding to lawful requests or protecting our business interests.



5. Data Security


We employ robust security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security measures include:

  • Secure Servers: Our servers are equipped with advanced security protocols.

(Admin credentials, including website logins, are managed through secure and encrypted methods.)

  • Deletion & Objection: After the completion of our services, all client and customer data is permanently deleted from our systems. During the service period, you may request data deletion, and we will comply with applicable data protection laws.

Client and customer data will be permanently deleted once the service period concludes. For the "Connect Pilot" database reactivation, new customers can be added or removed each week during the 90-day initial contract.

Data may be transferred internationally depending on the third-party tools and services we use (e.g., systeme.io). We ensure that all international data transfers comply with relevant data protection regulations to safeguard your information.



10. Post-Deployment Support


  • 90-Day Support: Following the deployment of the "Unbound Alchemist" automation system, "Connect Pilot" database reactivation, and "Leadflow Catalyst" ad campaigns, we provide 90 days of comprehensive support. This includes managing and renewing ad campaigns and adding & monitoring customers to the email campaign. The maximum number of entries for database reactivation is 2000, and updates can be made on a weekly basis during the 90-day initial contract.



11. Data Breach Notification


In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected parties within 7 days. It is important to note that we do not manage or modify your data directly in case of a breach. Our role is limited to using third-party services for data management.



12. GDPR and CCPA Compliance


We are committed to complying with GDPR and CCPA regulations. This includes:

  • GDPR Compliance: We ensure that your data is managed according to GDPR requirements, including your rights to access, correction, and deletion.
  • CCPA Compliance: We adhere to CCPA regulations, providing transparency about the data we collect and your rights regarding that data.



13. Client Responsibilities


Clients are responsible for finalizing deal closures and service delivery related to the appointments set on their calendar. Our role is limited to setting appointments and not closing them into final buyers. The ultimate responsibility for converting appointments into sales and fulfilling services rests with the client.



14. Onboarding Process


The onboarding process is conducted via WhatsApp after the initial payment and contract completion. All necessary information, instructions, and updates are communicated through this platform.



15. Changes to This Policy


We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Significant updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
